Ok, we all know how budgets go... As soon as you make them, you break them... But, I find comfort in looking at "ballpark figures" so I hope you take the following as the estimate that it is intended to be. I can plan all I want to only spend $200 on souvenires, and then I'll find some three foot Matrushka nesting dolls that I have to have... ;O) Ya just never know!

Please keep in mind that as of April 19, 2004, those who adopt from Ukraine will NOT have to go to Warsaw to process their childrens' US visas. They will be processed in Kyiv. (Big savings of time, $$, and headaches dealing with the airline ticket changes!)
